Check out the many, gorgeous (madder) printed cotton fabrics in this late 19th century scrappy "Chimney Sweep" quilt. Working with several different brown prints, the maker exhibits such a lovely and sophisticates sense of color and balance.
This beauty is crisp, and in Excellent Condition, with the only apology being a few small stains, most of which are hard to spot. Nicely hand quilted.
