Like a beautifully fractured Log Cabin, this vibrant top has what we can assume was the deliberate placing of a perfect red square exactly in the middle of the overall design. A brilliant stroke which somehow "organizes" the kaleidoscopic effect.
Trim up the edges, add a back and binding -- and you'll have a terrific example of a cotton Crazy quilt, one of my favorite genres. Excellent Condition.
