My two silly explanations are these: 1) The quilt was made by a Mom for a shared bed, and the two kids (yes, it's small) have very different personalities. 2) The maker had a \"split personality,\" as we used to call it -- and brought both of them to the making of this quilt.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe don't really need a reason, do we? I like it when I see something that at first strikes me as \"wrong.\" I get reminded that this was one quilt maker's choice, and just as right as anything else. I love that choices in quilt making are virtually unlimited.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll cottons, including a wonderful heart print! Excellent Condition.
