Grandmother's Flower Garden
Unidentified Quilt Maker
Circa 1930
72 x 98 inches
Found in Utah
Organized into a bright medallion in "rings of color," this classic Flower Garden quilt is as bright as it is clean and crisp. It appears unused. Would make a perfect gift
The quilt maker cut some of her printed fabrics so that the design fits right in the center of the hexagons, a technique known as "fussy cutting." Entirely hand quilted and ready for a bed, a wall, or folded on a rack.
