"Harvest Star" Quilt

I'm using the name "Harvest Star," for this quilt because that is what it said on its original tag. I assume that's because of the colors. But whatever ... I kinda like that name, and this one is right for the Season. Purchased in New Hampshire, it's said to have been made in Vermont.
The quilt maker's choice of sashing fabric is simply brilliant in my mind. Great cotton fabrics including a sold cheddar (technically a "chromium yellow").
Excellent Condition with one area of light discoloration, barely noticeable. Quilt is hand quilted in small, consistent stitching. Maker chose to make her edges scalloped on three sides, with the top a straight edge. The curves in the scallops are separately bound -- imagine the work.
