An exceptionally well made and beautiful Grandmother's Flower Garden quilt. It came to me with the information that it was made by a member of the Tansey family of Pawnee, Oklahoma.
Whoever made this cheery piece was a very experienced and accomplished needleworker. Meticulously pieced, beautifully designed, and expertly hand quilted, this has a lovely feel to it -- the quilt feels really good in your hands.
The vivid solid blue binding gives the quilt a somewhat surprising and very attractive finish to the all-cotton quilt. Perfect Condition.
