Oh, that red!
This all cotton (reversible) beauty is in near MINT Condition, and over 100 years old. Crisp, thin, and lightweight, I see only one small, very light discoloration.
The quilt maker, like so many turn-of-the-20th century Pennsylvania makers chose to do a decorative back -- this one in alternating red and green Bars. Show either side ...
The maker did very accurate piecing; s/he placed the colored triangles in a pleasing, balanced arrangement. Hand quilted throughout with fine, even stitches. She did crosshatch quitting throughout, and added softly curving cables in the wide red border.
